May 2010 SASSSC Meeting

We don't have many pics for this meeting. But Terry brought the Make and Take. We all made this cute Owl peeking through the wood.

May Swaps

For the month of May we decided to make cards for the troops, so in addition to our normal swaps (12) we each created 5 more so that we could send to the troops. So we were able to send out 60 cards. The following are the cards that we sent to the troops for them to send to loved ones back home.

SASSSC Meeting April 2010

We missed many of our members in April. We had a lot of busy ladies this month. We still had fun...but they should know that they were missed.

Here's a picture of the food...

...and of us.

We had 2 make and takes this month. One was a make-up from a previous month. It was Crystal's. She punched us all a kit to make her awesome dog card.

Here's a picture of the finished product. We really liked it when she brought it for her Christmas 'Faces' swap...and told her when it was her turn to do the make and take, we all wanted to make that one.

The other make 'n take was from Thelma. It is an adorable Monkey made from various punches.

Here's some pictures of us making it.

Delia's half-done Monkey mooned us.

We had fun putting it together.

I (Annie) won the door prize this month. A new stamp pad. I can always use more colors to chose from. :)

We hope to have our friends back with us next month! See ya'll soon! Till then...stay SASSSC!
